SVIT Zurich has been conducting a survey and several workshops since autumn 2023 to find answers to the shortage of skilled workers in property management. Based on the findings, initial measures are currently being defined and will be presented in the coming months. We were able to accompany the process and would like to take the opportunity to highlight the malaise in property management with an unvarnished view of the situation from the outside.
