ImmoSummit 2026 – From talent to champion

The ImmoSummit of the Zurich Airport region is one of the most important industry gatherings in the Swiss construction and real estate sector. Year after year, it brings together leading figures from the fields of real estate, architecture, construction, financing, politics and location development to discuss key issues relating to the future of our living spaces. With over 700 participants, the summit has developed into an important platform for exchange, orientation and collaboration in the industry in recent years.

ImmoSummit 2026 follows on from the previous year. in 2025, the focus was on “From silo to team sport” – the realization that the major industry issues can no longer be solved in isolation. 2026 goes one step further: what does it take to turn collaboration into real top performance?

Under the guiding principle “From talent to champion”, the summit will examine three levels:

  • Personal: what skills and attitude do leaders need to shape complex projects?
  • Company & projects: How do high-performance teams emerge that successfully combine planning, construction, financing and operation?
  • Regions & locations: What collaborations are needed for regions to grow sustainably and economically strong?

The ImmoSummit brings these perspectives together. Our high-caliber speakers will share their experiences, highlight new approaches and provide concrete impetus for the further development of the industry.

We are delighted to present and launch our publication, the Reader New Zurich, at this 12th ImmoSummit. This development strategy will bundle the most important impulses and perspectives that have been gathered from cities, municipalities, companies and experts in recent years. At the same time, we are also delighted that the Reader New Zurich is the first publication to emerge from the ImmoSummit, bringing together the discussions from the strategy process and industry dialog.
