The luxury villa with an asking price of around 50 million francs has been on the market since the end of June. According to estate agent Robert Ferfecki, the buyer of this villa is considered the “King of Zug”.

City councillor and finance director Urs Raschle confirmed that the owner family had already contacted the city in the spring. The promise of an offer by the end of September was kept, although details of the amount remain secret.
