Halter AG has handed over the modern ZenO residential complex in the centre of Oberdorf to its residents. The complex comprises 50 new flats as well as commercial premises. The project was commissioned by the Nidwalden Cantonal Pension Fund. The first residents have already moved in.
Halter AG, a construction and property firm based in Schlieren, has built a residential and commercial complex in Oberdorf for the Nidwalden Cantonal Pension Fund, which is based in Stans. According to a post on LinkedIn, the project, named ZenO, was built on the historic Landsgemeindeplatz in the centre of Oberdorf.
The residential and commercial property, comprising 50 high-quality apartments and retail space, was handed over at the end of March, the post states. The first tenants moved into the ZenO project at the beginning of May. As the anchor tenant, Migros will ensure the long-term provision of local amenities for residents.
The development is dominated by a striking wooden façade. The building follows a sustainable management concept. An integrated photovoltaic system and district heating supplied by the Stans Cooperative contribute to resource-efficient operation. The Stans Cooperative manages the historic community assets. The new development is intended to transform the centre of Oberdorf into a vibrant and attractive town centre.
