With immoPodcast, we aim to make real estate issues easy to understand and bring different perspectives into the discussion. Our goal is to help the audience better contextualize decisions and developments and form their own opinions. Massimo Paoletti hosts the approximately 30-minute conversations. He also asks critical questions, points out contradictions, and probes further when answers are too general. Guests have the opportunity to explain their positions and share their practical experiences. The podcast is aimed at industry professionals as well as renters, prospective buyers, and private homeowners.
Kicking off with Michel Molinari
The first episode will air on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. The guest is Michel Molinari, President of SVIT Switzerland and CEO of BLKB Fund Management AG. Titled “More Apartments, Fair Rents—Where Can We Find Common Solutions?”, the episode will focus on affordable housing, the real estate industry’s responsibility, and possible compromises between owners, renters, and policymakers. Molinari will also provide insights into his daily professional life and personal experiences.
Additional topics are planned
Future issues will address topics such as the Rent Control Initiative, buying and financing one’s first home, energy-efficient renovations, and urban densification. Discussions are also planned on new forms of housing, housing for seniors, and the use of digitalization and artificial intelligence in the real estate industry. Topics and guests will be announced gradually.
The audience can also suggest topics. Anyone who would like to raise a question from their own daily life, a trend in the industry, or a specific case for discussion can write to the editorial team. The suggestions will be incorporated into the topic planning.
For immoMedia GmbH, the podcast complements existing coverage by facilitating direct dialogue. It provides an opportunity to explain background information, discuss objections, and get to know the people behind their professional roles and public positions.
