Dialogue-based AI to make property searches more intuitive
ImmoScout24 has further developed its property search using artificial intelligence (AI). An AI-supported dialogue function is now available in the online search, which adapts the property search to dynamic needs. The search process should therefore lead to suitable results more quickly.
ImmoScout24, the property provider of the SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, has further developed its artificial intelligence-powered search, as detailed in a press release. Since the beginning of 2026, the intelligent search has been able to automatically translate freely formulated requests into suitable filters, but did not yet enable a dynamic exchange between interested parties and the online platform. The dialogue-based further development now not only understands input, but also reacts to it in context and is available for queries and spontaneously adapted ideas.
According to ImmoScout24, the background to the further development is the importance of speed and relevance in the search for suitable properties. The challenge for providers is that requirements are often still vague at the beginning or change over the course of the search.
