Pestalozzi invites applications for the 2026 Stiftepriis

Die Pestalozzi Gruppe startet ab Juni die Bewerbungsphase für den Stiftepriis 2026. Der Preis würdigt Lehrabsolventinnen und -absolventen aus den Bereichen Gebäudehülle und -technik sowie Metallbau und -verarbeitung ab einem Notenschnitt von 5.1. Die Anmeldefrist endet am 11. September.

For the 44th time, the Pestalozzi Group is awarding the Stiftepriis forapprenticeship graduates in the building envelope, metal construction, metal processing and building services sectors. According to a press release, young professionals can register online for this year’s competition from June until 11 September 2026.

People who complete a profession listed on the Pestalozzi website in 2026 with a Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) and achieve an average grade of at least 5.1 are eligible to take part.

One prize will be awarded for each profession per canton. In the case of equal grades up to 5.6, the decision will be made by drawing lots; from a grade of 5.7, all graduates will receive an award.

The award ceremony will take place on 6 November 2026 in the Dietikon town hall. The winners and their companions will be invited to the event, including dinner, and will receive a gift and a certificate.

The Pestalozzi Group and its subsidiary Gabs AG have been committed to vocational training for many years. The Stiftepriis has been awarded in German-speaking Switzerland since 1982. The Prix Apprentissage, the French-speaking equivalent, will be awarded for the eleventh time in 2026.
