At pom+, I lead the Building & Operations practice and oversee projects throughout the entire building lifecycle. I am motivated by the idea of viewing real estate not in isolation, but as part of interconnected systems of living, working, and urban life. In doing so, I combine technical expertise with a clear focus on schedules, costs, quality, operations, and user needs. In the Practice Building & Operations, we support investors, developers, and operators in the planning, execution, and operation of real estate. The focus is on value-oriented portfolio management, quality-conscious construction project management, and an early focus on efficient operations. The goal is to create sustainable, economical, and future-proof real estate that makes a measurable contribution to productivity, well-being, and long-term value preservation.
