For many years, I have been working at the intersection of real estate, data, and technology. After earning a degree in business administration and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), I helped establish pom+’s digital transformation consulting practice, and today, as Head of Practice Data & Technology, I lead an interdisciplinary team. As a member of the Executive Board and Managing Partner, I focus daily on how digital systems create real added value in real estate management. In the Data & Technology Practice, we help companies take a holistic approach to their digital transformation—from strategy to implementation. Together, we develop IT roadmaps, integrate systems end-to-end, and create clear structures for data management and AI. This isn’t about technology for technology’s sake, but about simplifying processes, creating transparency, and enabling informed decisions across the entire real estate lifecycle. Digital solutions thus become the backbone of modern real estate and real estate organizations.
