I have been part of pom+ since its early days and support companies and public institutions with strategic issues related to real estate and business models. As Head of Practice Strategy, I am particularly drawn to distilling complex challenges down to their essence and translating strong ideas into clear strategic guidelines. My focus is on creating a roadmap for the future, developing viable strategies from it, and embedding them in a way that ensures their effective implementation. In the Practice Strategy, pom+ supports organizations in positioning themselves for the future in a connected, sustainable, and increasingly data-driven world. Together, we develop corporate, real estate, and sustainability strategies, evaluate new business models, and analyze future trends and technological developments. Particularly in the context of AI, it is essential to proactively seize opportunities while simultaneously addressing challenges such as data quality, governance, regulatory requirements, and effective integration into existing processes at an early stage. The goal is to align structures, processes, risks, and resources in a way that enables organizations to remain adaptable, drive innovation in a targeted manner, and create long-term value even in a dynamic market environment—always with an eye toward the requirements of the real estate industry.
