For the 2027 edition, the focus will be not only on high-calibre contributions but, above all, on discussion, collaborative working and practical case studies. The Digital Real Estate Summit is therefore intended not only to be a source of inspiration, but also a platform for sharing knowledge, discussing challenges and forging new contacts.
More interaction and practical questions
New and enhanced formats provide a variety of ways to engage. In the Challenge Rooms, small groups tackle specific real-world property challenges and work together to develop solutions. Workshops focus on practical knowledge. ‘Meet the Expert’ facilitates targeted discussions with specialists, whilst the Marketplace provides space for pitches, in-depth sessions, live demos, exhibitors and one-to-one conversations.
The programme is complemented by curated keynote speeches and insights from the property sector, technology and business. The exhibition, complete with a café and networking area, runs throughout the day and creates further opportunities for spontaneous encounters and in-depth discussions.
Innovative projects sought for the Digital Top 10
The Digital Top 10 remains an integral part of DRES. We are looking for projects that demonstrate how digital technologies are being used in practice within the construction and property sectors and what added value they create.
Projects may be submitted from the following areas, amongst others:
- Marketing & Retail
- Construction management
- Property management
- Planning & BIM
- Investment & Portfolio Management
- Facility Management & Services
- User Services & Usage
An independent panel of experts will select ten projects from the entries. These projects will present their solutions at the Summit in a concise 5-minute pitch. In the subsequent live vote, the community will decide on the top three.
Participation offers the nominated projects additional visibility: the top 10 will receive, amongst other things, two tickets to the Summit, a feature in the immoNewsletter, the opportunity to deliver their pitch on the DRES27 stage, and the ‘Digital Top 10 2027’ emblem for use in their own communications. The top three will also receive additional media coverage and may use the ‘Winner’ emblem.
Project submissions are now open and will close on 8 November 2026.

A community rather than a traditional conference
With its new programme structure, DRES27 aims to become even more of a meeting place where different perspectives come together. Companies, property owners, developers, operators, technology providers, start-ups and researchers should not only participate alongside one another, but also engage in dialogue with one another.
The aim: to combine relevant ideas with practical dialogue and discuss digitalisation right where it is being implemented.
Further speakers, programme items, sponsors, partners and exhibitors will be announced on an ongoing basis over the coming months.
