Nova Property erhöht Kapital für Immobilienfonds
Die Nova Property Fund Management AG hat eine Kapitalerhöhung für ihren Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund abgeschlossen. Dabei wurden Mittel in Höhe von 82,7 Millionen Franken eingespielt. Sie sollen zum Ausbau des Portfolios eingesetzt werden.

Nova Property hat eine Kapitalerhöhung für ihren Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund erfolgreich abgeschlossen, informiert das als Fondsleitung tätige Unternehmen in einer Mitteilung. Bei der vom 25. Mai bis zum 4. Juni durchgeführten Kapitalerhöhung waren insgesamt 760’414 neue Anteile zum Bezugspreis von je 108,80 Franken an bestehende Anteilseigner und neue Investoren ausgegeben worden. Für je drei Bezugsrechte konnte dabei ein neuer Anteil erworben werden.
Die Kapitalerhöhung sei „deutlich überzeichnet“ gewesen, erläutert Nova Property in der Mitteilung weiter. Insgesamt hat sie dem Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund neue Mittel in Höhe von 82,7 Millionen Franken eingespielt. Nova Property will die Gelder für den weiteren Ausbau des Immobilienportfolios nutzen. Im von der Bank J. Safra Sarasin ausserbörslich gehandelten Fonds werden Immobilien in Zentrumslagen der gesamten Schweiz gehalten.
