La Fondazione d&#8217;investimento ha incaricato lo sviluppatore immobiliare Steiner di Zurigo di sviluppare e commercializzare il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limmattalstrasse281.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">progetto<\/a>. Il progetto ha ora ricevuto la licenza edilizia legalmente vincolante, ha annunciato <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Steiner AG<\/a> in un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/de\/mediencenter\/news\/detail\/news\/660-baubewilligung-wohnbauprojekt-limmattalstrasse-281-in-zuerich.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comunicato stampa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">L&#8217;edificio, certificato secondo lo standard Minergie, sar\u00e0 costruito su un pendio leggermente esposto a sud, con una vista lontana sulla Valle del Limmat. I 15 moderni condomini sono distribuiti su tre piani completi e un piano mansardato. Nel seminterrato verr\u00e0 costruito un parcheggio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">L&#8217;occupazione degli appartamenti \u00e8 prevista per la fine del 2026.
