Die drei Anforderungen und Vorgaben an die Energieversorgung und an das Energiesystem f\u00fcr das neue Hotel waren klar: Energieeffizienz, \u00d6kologie und Komfort. Um diese Vorgaben umzusetzen, wurden als Energiequelle f\u00fcr die W\u00e4rmepumpe Erdw\u00e4rmesonden gebohrt und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Energie Z\u00fcrichsee Linth (EZL) ein nachhaltiges Energiekonzept erarbeitet. Die EZL wird auch die Geb\u00e4udetechnik als Contractor betreiben und warten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Massnahmen zur W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung<\/strong><br>\u00ab\u00dcber die reversible W\u00e4rmepumpe kann W\u00e4rme f\u00fcr Heizzwecke und f\u00fcr das Brauchwarmwasser bereitgestellt werden\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Roman Fausch, Projektleiter Energiedienstleistungen bei der EZL. Im Sommer bestehe die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Geb\u00e4ude energieeffizient direkt \u00fcber Erdw\u00e4rmesonden zu k\u00fchlen, so der Fachmann. Bei hohem K\u00fchlbedarf besteht zus\u00e4tzlich die M\u00f6glichkeit, K\u00e4lte von der reversiblen W\u00e4rmepumpe zu nutzen. Weiter werden verschiedene Massnahmen zur W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung verbaut und dank einer intelligenten Steuerung auch bedarfsgerecht geregelt. \u00abIm Zusammenhang mit Energie und Nachhaltigkeit ist es f\u00fcr uns eines der nachhaltigsten Hotelprojekte, welches wir planen und realisieren durften\u00bb, sagt Stefano Ghisleni, Generalplaner der Ghisleni Partner AG, mit Sitz in Rapperswil, Z\u00fcrich, St. Gallen und Zug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Moxy Hotel Rotbuche stammt die nat\u00fcrliche W\u00e4rme aus rund 200 bis 250 Meter Tiefe. Die 23 Sonden, verteilt \u00fcber die gesamte Baufl\u00e4che, entziehen dem Erdboden 10 bis 15 Grad. Die W\u00e4rme wird durch eine Tr\u00e4gerfl\u00fcssigkeit in die W\u00e4rmepumpe im Geb\u00e4ude eingespeist und umgewandelt. So gelangt sie ins Heiz- und Klimasystem des Hotels. Die gesamte L\u00e4nge des Erdsonden-Leitsystems misst mehr als f\u00fcnf Kilometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Senkung der Raumtemperaturen bis zu vier Grad<\/strong><br>Die Projektverantwortlichen betonen, dass der Grundbedarf f\u00fcr die Raumk\u00fchlung in den w\u00e4rmeren Jahreszeiten im Hotel Rotbuche mit dem umweltschonenden Free-Cooling-System gedeckt werden kann. Damit sei eine Senkung der Raumtemperaturen bis zu vier Grad m\u00f6glich. Dies hat einen positiven Nebeneffekt: Die abgef\u00fchrte W\u00e4rme wird wiederum in den Erdsonden zwischengespeichert und kann f\u00fcr die Warmwasseraufbereitung oder im Winter f\u00fcr die W\u00e4rmeeinspeisung genutzt werden. Eine Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach wird f\u00fcr das Betreiben der W\u00e4rmepumpe installiert. Sie soll mit rund dreissig Prozent ausreichend Deckung bieten, um einen Teil des geforderten Strombedarfs zu decken. \u00abDer massvoll gesteuerte Ausgleich von W\u00e4rme und K\u00e4lte macht ein kontinuierliches Raumklima ohne massive Temperaturschwankungen m\u00f6glich\u00bb, sagt Projektleiter Roman Fausch. Die ersten G\u00e4ste k\u00f6nnen dies ab kommenden Herbst selber f\u00fchlen.
