Dopo la pianificazione urbanistica, &egrave; stato assegnato un contratto di studio per la pianificazione architettonica. Tra i sei team partecipanti, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavelti-arch.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daniel Cavelti <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Architektur&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Entwurf und Gestaltung von Bauwerken unter Ber&uuml;cksichtigung &auml;sthetischer, technischer, sozialer, wirtschaftlicher und &ouml;kologischer Belange. Im Unterschied zum &laquo;blossen&raquo; Bauen bem&uuml;ht sich Architektur um die Koordination vielf&auml;ltiger Werte, Anspr&uuml;che und Erfahrungen&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Architektur<\/span> AG<\/a> di San Gallo &egrave; risultato il migliore. Lo studio, chiamato Zauberwald, sar&agrave; ora ulteriormente sviluppato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Oltre ai rappresentanti del Comune e del proprietario terriero Halter, la giuria comprendeva anche diversi esperti. Hanno convenuto che il progetto vincente si adatta perfettamente al quartiere circostante. Oltre a 54 condomini, che saranno realizzati in diversi edifici, il progetto prevede un ampio cortile interno che sar&agrave; piantumato in modo lussureggiante, in linea con il suo nome, Zauberwald. Se la costruzione inizier&agrave; nel 2026, gli appartamenti potrebbero essere completati nel 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Fino a pochi anni fa, il sito <span class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;ERA&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Electronic Realty Associates; internationales Maklernetzwerk mit Schweizer Niederlassungen&nbsp;&lt;\/div&gt;\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>era<\/span> utilizzato per la produzione della fabbrica di malto Laumann und Co e per la pressatura della frutta. I piani dello studio Daniel Cavelti <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Architektur&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Entwurf und Gestaltung von Bauwerken unter Ber&uuml;cksichtigung &auml;sthetischer, technischer, sozialer, wirtschaftlicher und &ouml;kologischer Belange.
