Il successo complessivo \u00e8 stato costituito da un utile netto di 12,8 milioni di franchi e da un apprezzamento del portafoglio. Il ritorno sull&#39;investimento \u00e8 stato del 5,5 percento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Il fondo, composto principalmente da immobili residenziali, \u00e8 stato &quot;in gran parte risparmiato dagli effetti negativi della pandemia di COVID-19&quot;, spiega il gestore degli investimenti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helvetia.com\/corporate\/web\/de\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">del gruppo Helvetia<\/a> . Nel corso dell&#39;anno il tasso di mora degli affitti \u00e8 stato ridotto al 2,5 per cento. Il rapporto stima il reddito da locazione a 22,2 milioni di franchi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Nel corso dell&#39;anno finanziario, il fondo ha guadagnato il 18,9% nel trading over-the-counter, spiega il comunicato stampa. Ci\u00f2 significa che SXI Real Estate Funds Broad TR, rilevante per i fondi immobiliari svizzeri quotati, \u00e8 stato superato con la sua performance del 15,3 percento.
