Nello stesso periodo del 2020, il rendimento \u00e8 stato dell&#8217;1,66 percento, secondo un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swiss-prime-anlagestiftung.ch\/category\/swiss-prime-anlagestiftung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comunicato stampa<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Anche il valore di mercato del portafoglio immobiliare \u00e8 aumentato in modo significativo: da 2,31 miliardi di franchi nel primo semestre 2020 a oltre 2,8 miliardi di franchi nel primo semestre 2021.
