A tal fine, nel 2020 sono stati lanciati il Green Mortgage e il Green Bond. Ora l&#8217;AKB ha avuto l&#8217;effetto delle offerte di finanziamento verde sui consumi energetici e sulle emissioni di CO2 degli edifici esaminati.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Secondo il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akb.ch\/-\/news\/die-akb-green-hypothek-zeigt-wirkung\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comunicato stampa<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akb.ch\/documents\/30573\/33099\/akb-green-bond-impact-reporting-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dell&#8217;AKB, nell&#8217;Impact Reporting of<\/a> the Information and Training Center for Real Estate AG (IAZI) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iazicifi.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">, il risparmio annuo totale di<\/a> emissioni di CO2 \u00e8 di circa 232 tonnellate. Secondo il rapporto di prova IAZI, il calcolo si basa su un elenco di 93 case che sono state finanziate con l&#8217;aiuto dell&#8217;AKB Green Mortgage nell&#8217;anno in esame o concesse come prestiti destinati a misure di ristrutturazione sostenibile. Il rapporto IAZI \u00e8 stato verificato dai revisori di EY.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le 232 tonnellate di CO2 risparmiate nelle proiezioni del rapporto di prova IAZI corrispondono alle emissioni annuali di circa 190 nuove auto disponibili in commercio, secondo il rapporto. Oppure corrispondono al consumo medio annuo di 16 persone in Svizzera.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La promozione di costruzioni rispettose dell&#8217;ambiente porta alla riduzione delle emissioni negli edifici, \u00e8 affermato nella comunicazione AKB. Con il mutuo verde, AKB offre ai proprietari di immobili attenti all&#8217;ambiente l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di costruire o ristrutturare la propria casa secondo criteri rispettosi del clima.
