Un contratto corrispondente &egrave; gi&agrave; stato firmato, ha annunciato UBS in un comunicato stampa. Il prezzo di acquisto della propriet&agrave; non &egrave; stato reso noto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">L&rsquo;ex centro di formazione del Credit Suisse a Horgen &egrave; stato trasferito a UBS nell&rsquo;ambito della fusione delle due grandi banche. Tuttavia, UBS gestisce un proprio centro di formazione, l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ubs.com\/ch\/de\/wolfsberg\/conference-center.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UBS Center for Education and Dialogue Wolfsberg<\/a> a Ermatingen TG. Dalla sua riapertura nel 2020, questo centro ha anche una maggiore capacit&agrave; di seminari ed eventi rispetto al centro di formazione Bocken di Horgen. Ci&ograve; significa che UBS non ha pi&ugrave; bisogno dell&rsquo;hotel per seminari Bocken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Swiss Life intende utilizzare la &ldquo;storica tenuta di campagna&rdquo; principalmente &ldquo;per eventi interni e formazione continua&rdquo;, spiega il CEO del Gruppo Matthias Aellig nel comunicato stampa. &ldquo;Vogliamo anche aprire il Bocken agli ospiti esterni&rdquo; Secondo Sergio P.
