Cette initiative vise \u00e0 simplifier le processus bureaucratique d&rsquo;autorisation de construire, en particulier pour les projets de construction de petite taille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a pris position sur ce projet le 27 mars 2024 et soutient les propositions de la CEATE-N. Il est favorable \u00e0 la limitation du droit de recours des associations pour les constructions d&rsquo;habitation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 400 m2 de surface de plancher \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des zones \u00e0 b\u00e2tir. Cette mesure doit contribuer \u00e0 rendre le processus de construction plus efficace pour les ma\u00eetres d&rsquo;ouvrage priv\u00e9s tout en garantissant la protection d&rsquo;importants sites environnementaux et patrimoniaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En outre, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral approuve les exceptions propos\u00e9es par la CEATE-N. En particulier, le droit de recours des associations doit \u00eatre maintenu pour les projets de construction qui ont une influence sur les sites importants, les sites historiques et les monuments culturels, ainsi que pour les constructions dans des zones sensibles telles que les biotopes ou les espaces r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux eaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet devrait \u00eatre examin\u00e9 par le Conseil national lors de la session sp\u00e9ciale d&rsquo;avril.
