Il d\u00e9tient actuellement 1&rsquo;563&rsquo;520 actions, une participation de 5,61% dans le groupe \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique lausannois. Comme l&rsquo;\u00e9crit le conseil du gouvernement dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse, il souhaite 861 429 actions de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.primeo-energie.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Primeo-Energie<\/a> bas\u00e9e \u00e0 M\u00fcnchenstein BL et 331 104 actions de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.regioenergie.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regio Energie Solothurn<\/a> . Le conseil du gouvernement recherche d&rsquo;autres parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es pour les 370 987 actions restantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La vente aux deux fournisseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9gionaux est au prix de 70 francs et rapporte 113 millions de francs au canton. Le canton conservant dans les livres les actions d&rsquo;une valeur de 56 francs, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice comptable est de 16,7 millions de francs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le canton d\u00e9tient les actions Alpiq gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa participation dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseure Atel, qui remonte aux ann\u00e9es 1960. Avec la vente, il exerce un droit qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 dans le pacte d&rsquo;actionnaires des trois groupes d&rsquo;actionnaires <a href=\"http:\/\/eosholding.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EOS Holding<\/a> , la filiale du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.credit-suisse.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Credit Suisse<\/a> Schweizer Kraftwerksbeteiligung-AG et le Consortium of Swiss Minorities (KSM) \u00e0 partir de 2019. Le canton de Soleure appartient \u00e0 la KSM.
