Les b\u00e2timents de l&rsquo;Obertor 11, 13 et 17, anciennement occup\u00e9s par la police municipale, doivent \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9s et affect\u00e9s \u00e0 de nouvelles utilisations comme bureaux, surfaces commerciales et logements. Les immeubles resteront la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la ville et seront soumis \u00e0 un loyer bas\u00e9 sur les co\u00fbts, informe la <a href=\"https:\/\/stadt.winterthur.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">municipalit\u00e9<\/a> dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/stadt.winterthur.ch\/gemeinde\/verwaltung\/stadtkanzlei\/kommunikation-stadt-winterthur\/medienmitteilungen-stadt-winterthur\/weiterentwicklung-areal-obertor-sanierungs-und-umnutzungsprojekt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9<\/a>. Le co\u00fbt total des travaux de transformation est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 16,2 millions de francs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Les deux b\u00e2timents de quatre \u00e9tages construits avant 1850 au num\u00e9ro 11 et 13 de l&rsquo;Obertor retrouveront leur usage initial. Des surfaces commerciales seront am\u00e9nag\u00e9es au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et sept appartements seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les \u00e9tages. Outre une r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et le remplacement de toutes les installations techniques, un nouveau noyau d&rsquo;escaliers et d&rsquo;ascenseurs est pr\u00e9vu dans les b\u00e2timents. En outre, \u00ab\u00a0les fa\u00e7ades seront adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la nouvelle utilisation l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cela est n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e9crit la municipalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">L&rsquo;immeuble de l&rsquo;Obertor 17 est une villa rococo datant de 1764. Depuis sa r\u00e9novation en 1947, la Haus zum Adler servait de b\u00e2timent \u00e0 la police. Il s&rsquo;agit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de r\u00e9tablir la disposition d&rsquo;origine des pi\u00e8ces et de remettre en \u00e9tat l&rsquo;enveloppe du b\u00e2timent. A l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, \u00ab\u00a0de nouveaux espaces de bureaux seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s, qui mettront \u00e0 nouveau en valeur les espaces int\u00e9rieurs historiques\u00a0\u00bb. Il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu d&rsquo;assainir la maison \u00ab\u00a0zum Adler\u00a0\u00bb sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de remplacer les installations techniques.
