La tendance \u00e0 la hausse est particuli\u00e8rement confirm\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;analyse annuelle avec un plus de 0,88%. Ceci est illustr\u00e9 par les chiffres actuels de l&rsquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homegate.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">indice des<\/a> prix de location de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homegate.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">homegate.ch<\/a> et Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zkb.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ZKB<\/a> ). Il mesure l&rsquo;\u00e9volution mensuelle ajust\u00e9e de la qualit\u00e9 des prix de location en fonction des offres actuelles du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> L&rsquo;\u00e9volution des prix de location dans le canton de Thurgovie est frappante, selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/presse.homegate.ch\/de\/houserent\/homegate-ch-mietindex-mieten-sind-neu-am-teuersten-im-kanton-thurgau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">communiqu\u00e9 de presse de<\/a> la place de march\u00e9 immobilier homegate.ch. Le loyer y a augment\u00e9 de 0,71%, pr\u00e8s de trois fois la moyenne suisse. Le canton du Valais affiche \u00e9galement une valeur sensiblement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec un plus de 0,62%. Dans les cantons de Zurich, Glaris, Appenzell Rhodes-Int\u00e9rieures et Appenzell Rhodes-Int\u00e9rieures, les chasseurs d&rsquo;appartements sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des loyers qui ont augment\u00e9 de 0,50%; \u00e0 Schaffhouse, ils sont de 0,49%. En revanche, Gen\u00e8ve a enregistr\u00e9 la plus forte baisse avec un moins de 1,48%. L&rsquo;indice des loyers ne stagne que dans les cantons de B\u00e2le-Ville et de Schwyz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Les villes de Gen\u00e8ve (-2,43%) et Lugano (-1,41%) ont enregistr\u00e9 une forte baisse. En revanche, les prix demand\u00e9s dans la ville de Zurich ont augment\u00e9 (+1,31%).
