Plac\u00e9es ici, les cautions doivent \u00ab\u00a0cro\u00eetre avec le march\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un rendement au passage\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Les propri\u00e9taires et les gestionnaires de biens immobiliers ne prennent aucun risque avec les cautions investies. La caution de loyer leur est garantie par Evorest dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. En cas de hausse des cours, la couverture des dommages est m\u00eame plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Pour la mise en \u0153uvre de la nouvelle solution, Evorest collabore avec la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hbl.ch\/de\/ueber-uns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">banque hypoth\u00e9caire de Lenzbourg<\/a>. Les cautions y sont vers\u00e9es sur un compte de garantie de loyer ouvert au nom du locataire, avec le d\u00e9p\u00f4t correspondant. L&rsquo;ouverture du compte et le versement se font num\u00e9riquement via l&rsquo;interface open banking de la plateforme bancaire Finstar. Ceux qui ne souhaitent pas investir peuvent \u00e9galement ouvrir un compte de garantie de loyer classique aupr\u00e8s de la banque hypoth\u00e9caire de Lenzbourg pour la garantie de loyer.
