Le groupe Walo \u00e9tait associ\u00e9 de Kern depuis 2017 et a pris la majorit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise en 2021, qui, selon le communiqu\u00e9, est l&rsquo;un des principaux fournisseurs de solutions de haute technologie pour la construction de tunnels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">\u00ab\u00a0En vendant sa participation majoritaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise familiale allemande PERI, l&rsquo;un des plus grands fabricants et fournisseurs internationaux de syst\u00e8mes de coffrage et d&rsquo;\u00e9chafaudage, Walo permet au groupe Kern d&rsquo;envisager de nouvelles perspectives de d\u00e9veloppement et de croissance\u00a0\u00bb, explique Leandro A. Testa, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&rsquo;administration de Walo International AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise, Walo a simultan\u00e9ment conclu un contrat de collaboration avec le groupe Kern. L&rsquo;entreprise compte actuellement environ 80 collaborateurs r\u00e9partis sur trois sites.
