Parmi eux, 9000 utilisent le gaz naturel pour le chauffage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwb.ch\/ueber-uns\/newsroom\/medienmitteilungen\/artikel~_Die-W%C3%A4rmeversorgung-in-Basel-Stadt-wird-bis-2037-erneuerbar~\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9<\/a> d&rsquo;IWB, 5800 immeubles peuvent \u00eatre raccord\u00e9s \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain existant ou en projet. Pour les autres immeubles, des alternatives doivent \u00eatre recherch\u00e9es. Il pourrait s&rsquo;agir de pompes \u00e0 chaleur ou de chauffages \u00e0 granul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Environ 2000 immeubles utilisent le gaz naturel pour la cuisson. Par cons\u00e9quent, environ 14 000 cuisini\u00e8res \u00e0 gaz doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es par des cuisini\u00e8res \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">IWB veut fermer progressivement son r\u00e9seau de gaz naturel, en principe \u00e0 la fin de chaque dur\u00e9e de vie. Les premi\u00e8res fermetures sont pr\u00e9vues pour 2026 et 2027. Par la suite, environ 1000 raccordements seront d\u00e9connect\u00e9s du r\u00e9seau chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Le canton soutient le passage aux pompes \u00e0 chaleur, au chauffage au bois ou aux r\u00e9seaux de chaleur par des subventions. Pour les installations au gaz qui ne sont pas encore amorties, il verse en outre des indemnit\u00e9s de valeur r\u00e9siduelle.
