Lors de la votation cantonale du 10 septembre, un d\u00e9cret en ce sens a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9 par 53,94% des votants, informe le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vs.ch\/de\/web\/gouvernement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conseil d&rsquo;Etat<\/a> du canton du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vs.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Valais<\/a> dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vs.ch\/de\/web\/communication\/detail?groupId=529400&amp;articleId=26264988&amp;redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.vs.ch%2Fhome%3Fp_p_id%3Dcom_liferay_asset_publisher_web_portlet_AssetPublisherPortlet_INSTANCE_vUFi3Jlrl5Uc%26p_p_lifecycle%3D0%26p_p_state%3Dnormal%26p_p_mode%3Dview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9<\/a>. Il \u00ab\u00a0prend acte de ce r\u00e9sultat\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Le d\u00e9cret, d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 par le <a href=\"https:\/\/parlement.vs.ch\/app\/de\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grand Conseil<\/a>, pr\u00e9voyait notamment une proc\u00e9dure plus concentr\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;octroi des autorisations et le transfert de l&rsquo;instance d&rsquo;autorisation de la commission cantonale des constructions au Conseil d&rsquo;Etat. Les recours contre une autorisation auraient ainsi pu \u00eatre port\u00e9s devant le tribunal cantonal sans d\u00e9tour. Apr\u00e8s le rejet du d\u00e9cret en votation populaire cantonale, la proc\u00e9dure cantonale actuelle reste en vigueur. Les autorisations continueront \u00e0 relever de la comp\u00e9tence de la commission des constructions. Les recours doivent d&rsquo;abord \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s du Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat. Le tribunal cantonal et le Tribunal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral interviennent en deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me instance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">En simplifiant la proc\u00e9dure cantonale, le Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat a voulu soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre du nouvel article 71a de la loi nationale sur l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Il vise \u00e0 renforcer le d\u00e9veloppement de grandes installations photovolta\u00efques. La l\u00e9gislation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale correspondante n&rsquo;est pas affect\u00e9e par le r\u00e9sultat du vote cantonal.
