En outre, un cr\u00e9dit suppl\u00e9mentaire de 194&rsquo;000 francs a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 pour le budget 2023. Selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadtluzern.ch\/aktuelles\/newslist\/1811999\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9 de presse<\/a>, ce cr\u00e9dit doit permettre de financer l&rsquo;augmentation du personnel du service immobilier n\u00e9cessaire jusqu&rsquo;en 2034.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Des pourcentages de postes suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e9taient devenus n\u00e9cessaires parce que les \u00e9lecteurs de la ville de Lucerne avaient approuv\u00e9 en septembre 2022 la strat\u00e9gie climatique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la ville. Celle-ci stipule que les b\u00e2timents et installations appartenant \u00e0 la ville et faisant partie du patrimoine administratif, comme les \u00e9coles ou les b\u00e2timents administratifs, doivent \u00eatre aliment\u00e9s \u00e0 100% par des \u00e9nergies renouvelables d&rsquo;ici 2030.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation du personnel au sein du service immobilier, le passage \u00e0 un approvisionnement en chaleur renouvelable devrait \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;ici 2035 et les r\u00e9novations \u00e0 venir des immeubles du patrimoine financier devraient \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9es. Au total, cela est pr\u00e9vu pour 39 biens immobiliers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Avec le passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie 100% renouvelable pour les immeubles du patrimoine financier, le conseil municipal veut montrer l&rsquo;exemple pour ses propres immeubles, est-il indiqu\u00e9 dans le communiqu\u00e9.
