C&#39;est le r\u00e9sultat de la statistique de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfs.admin.ch\/bfs\/de\/home\/aktuell\/neue-veroeffentlichungen.assetdetail.23184663.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">construction et du logement<\/a> d\u00e9sormais publi\u00e9e par l&#39;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.statistik.admin.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OFS<\/a> ) bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel. Selon cette \u00e9tude, en 2021, il y avait 1,77 million d&#39;immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels et 4,69 millions d&#39;appartements en Suisse. 58% des b\u00e2timents \u00e9taient chauff\u00e9s avec des combustibles fossiles &#8211; le mazout et le gaz sont mentionn\u00e9s. Une personne sur quatre chauff\u00e9e au gaz. 17 % des appartements \u00e9taient \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&#39;une pompe \u00e0 chaleur. Leur part dans le chauffage suisse a quadrupl\u00e9 depuis 2000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Pr\u00e8s de 40 % de la population utilisait du mazout en 2021. 25 % chauff\u00e9s au gaz et 16 % avec une pompe \u00e0 chaleur. C&#39;est dans les cantons du Tessin avec 54% et de Glaris (50%) que la proportion de personnes utilisant du mazout est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le gaz \u00e9tait le plus utilis\u00e9 dans les cantons de Gen\u00e8ve et de Vaud, \u00e0 38% et 37% respectivement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Il existe de grandes diff\u00e9rences dans la part du gaz entre les zones urbaines et rurales. Dans les communaut\u00e9s urbaines, 30\u00a0% des b\u00e2timents \u00e9taient chauff\u00e9s au gaz, contre seulement 4\u00a0% dans les communaut\u00e9s rurales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Plus d&#39;un million de tous les b\u00e2timents sont des maisons unifamiliales, dont plus de la moiti\u00e9 des maisons unifamiliales habit\u00e9es n&#39;\u00e9taient occup\u00e9es que par une ou deux personnes, selon le communiqu\u00e9 du BFS. Un appartement habit\u00e9 en Suisse faisait en moyenne 102,4 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s.
