Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/de\/mediencenter\/news\/detail\/news\/609-michael-schiltknecht-wird-ceo-der-steiner-ag.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> de l&#39;entreprise, cela poursuivra le processus de transformation d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par Steiner AG en f\u00e9vrier 2011. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, Steiner a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper davantage le mod\u00e8le commercial en une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re de premier plan avec l&#39;expertise de construction associ\u00e9e. Schiltknecht succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Ajay Sirohi, qui quitte Steiner AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Au cours de l&#39;exercice 2021\/22, qui s&#39;est termin\u00e9 le 31 mars 2022, le groupe Steiner a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d&#39;affaires total de 763,6 millions de francs. Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/de\/mediencenter\/news\/detail\/news\/592-steiner-gruppe-erfreuliches-jahresergebnis-20212022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> , le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d&#39;exploitation avant int\u00e9r\u00eats et imp\u00f4ts a atteint un chiffre exceptionnellement \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 49,7 millions de francs. Steiner a \u00e9galement pu acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux projets de d\u00e9veloppement d&#39;une valeur de march\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l&#39;ach\u00e8vement d&#39;environ 1,5 milliard de francs au cours de l&#39;ann\u00e9e sous revue. Cela a port\u00e9 le portefeuille de d\u00e9veloppement du groupe \u00e0 un volume de CHF 6,4 milliards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Fond\u00e9e en 1915, l&#39;entreprise a son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Zurich et poss\u00e8de des succursales \u00e0 B\u00e2le, Berne, Lucerne, Tolochenaz VD et Gen\u00e8ve. Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de presse, le portefeuille comprend un large \u00e9ventail de projets dans les domaines de l&#39;habitation, du bureau, de l&#39;industrie et de la logistique ainsi que des innovations de produits propres telles que les marques Werkarena, Manufakt ou Steiner Student Hotel. En Suisse romande, Steiner Construction est le leader du march\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alisation de biens immobiliers selon le mod\u00e8le de l&#39;entreprise totale\/g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
