Approcher et d\u00e9velopper le capital-investissement, y compris le capital-risque, la dette priv\u00e9e, les infrastructures priv\u00e9es et l&rsquo;immobilier priv\u00e9, dans le cadre de leur portefeuille global. Des professionnels de l&rsquo;investissement bas\u00e9s en Suisse dans l&rsquo;ensemble du secteur des services financiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s, des banques et gestionnaires d&rsquo;actifs aux family offices et fonds de pension, en passant par les gestionnaires d&rsquo;actifs ind\u00e9pendants et les entreprises fintech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Les cinq principales conclusions du rapport sont les suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Les investisseurs recherchent une exposition aux placements sur les march\u00e9s priv\u00e9s principalement pour le potentiel de rendement et la diversification des revenus. Le rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu&rsquo;un grand nombre d&rsquo;investisseurs se tournent vers les march\u00e9s priv\u00e9s comme un moyen \u00e0 la fois de diff\u00e9rencier les portefeuilles et de signaler la qualit\u00e9 des gestionnaires et des investissements.<\/li><li> L&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux investissements sur le march\u00e9 priv\u00e9, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques ou de gestionnaires, est le d\u00e9fi le plus souvent cit\u00e9. Le risque per\u00e7u de l&rsquo;investissement priv\u00e9 est une raison souvent invoqu\u00e9e pour ne pas investir. Fournir des ressources de diligence raisonnable, soit en interne, soit par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de prestataires externes de haute qualit\u00e9, est essentiel pour surmonter ces d\u00e9fis.<\/li><li> Les professionnels suisses de l&rsquo;investissement sont particuli\u00e8rement exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et exigeants, titulaires de dipl\u00f4mes sup\u00e9rieurs et de nombreux titres professionnels. Ce trait est de bon augure pour la croissance des investissements sur le march\u00e9 priv\u00e9 en Suisse.<\/li><li> Des restrictions telles que la taille minimale d&rsquo;investissement et les r\u00e9glementations constituent des obstacles consid\u00e9rables \u00e0 l&rsquo;investissement direct sur les march\u00e9s priv\u00e9s.Les v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;investissement tels que les structures de fonds nourriciers et les produits structur\u00e9s sont les options privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ceux qui ne peuvent ou ne veulent pas investir dans des structures LP.<\/li><li> Les r\u00e9pondants pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;allocation aux actifs des march\u00e9s priv\u00e9s au cours des 12 prochains mois. Cela s&rsquo;applique en particulier aux banques et aux gestionnaires d&rsquo;actifs. Bien que le cycle des taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat se soit retourn\u00e9, cela ne semble pas avoir frein\u00e9 l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit des investisseurs pour les march\u00e9s priv\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Il est certes difficile de pr\u00e9dire comment un nouveau r\u00e9gime de taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et une volatilit\u00e9 croissante sur les march\u00e9s publics affecteront les allocations futures sur les march\u00e9s priv\u00e9s.
