Les cons\u00e9quences sont de plus en plus d&#39;heures d&#39;embouteillages et de graves nuisances sonores et atmosph\u00e9riques. L&#39;extension Glattalbahn \u00e0 Kloten promet une chance d&#39;am\u00e9lioration, qui, en plus de l&#39;extension de la ligne de tramway entre l&#39;a\u00e9roport et la zone de d\u00e9veloppement Steinacker \u00e0 Kloten, comprend deux autres sous-projets\u00a0: une liaison cyclable principale avec un sentier s\u00e9par\u00e9 et une voie d&#39;inondation protection de Kloten et de l&#39;a\u00e9roport. La proximit\u00e9 spatiale et les d\u00e9pendances de ces sous-projets n\u00e9cessitent une planification et une construction conjointes du projet. Cela signifie que le canton de Zurich peut relever efficacement et durablement trois d\u00e9fis en un seul projet et exploiter au mieux les synergies.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Le 16 juillet 2020, VBG Verkehrsbetriebe Glattal AG (VBG) a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 la demande de concession d&#39;infrastructure aupr\u00e8s de l&#39;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des transports (BAV). La proc\u00e9dure a examin\u00e9 s&#39;il existait un int\u00e9r\u00eat public dans la construction et l&#39;exploitation de la nouvelle connexion de tramway et s&#39;il n&#39;y avait pas d&#39;int\u00e9r\u00eat public significatif &#8211; par exemple la protection de l&#39;environnement ou la protection de la nature et du patrimoine &#8211; oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#39;octroi de la concession. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a examin\u00e9 la demande et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#39;accorder la concession \u00e0 la VBG. Cette d\u00e9cision ne peut \u00eatre contest\u00e9e. Il y aura des possibilit\u00e9s d&#39;objections \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure lors de l&#39;approbation publique du plan.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Le VBG travaille actuellement sur le projet de construction qui constitue la base de l&#39;approbation du pr\u00eat cantonal. La d\u00e9cision du conseil cantonal est attendue en 2024. Celle-ci est soumise \u00e0 un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum facultatif. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis au gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en juin 2021 dans le cadre du programme d&#39;agglom\u00e9ration de 4e g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Celui-ci d\u00e9cidera probablement du cofinancement d&#39;ici la fin de 2023. Le processus d&#39;approbation (processus d&#39;approbation des plans en vertu de la loi sur les chemins de fer) devrait se d\u00e9rouler en parall\u00e8le \u00e0 partir de 2023. La construction devrait actuellement commencer en 2026, sous r\u00e9serve d&#39;une approbation de planification juridiquement contraignante et d&#39;un financement garanti du canton et de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration.
