Ils abritaient des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de communication t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique telles que Hasler AG, Ascom et Keymile AG. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement du locataire principal en 2017, le client a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de convertir les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Le concept convainc <br><\/strong> Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un concours de performance globale, elle recherchait un entrepreneur global qui soumettrait une offre ferme pour la conversion de b\u00e2timents existants ou la construction de nouveaux b\u00e2timents. Marti Gesamtleistungen AG et le concept Br\u00fcgger Architekten AG ont pr\u00e9valu sur deux concurrents. Bien que la r\u00e9novation n&rsquo;ait pas exploit\u00e9 pleinement le potentiel du site, le concept, qui pr\u00e9voit la pr\u00e9servation des trois b\u00e2timents, a convaincu le client. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Hauteurs de plafond jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre m\u00e8tres <br><\/strong> La transformation des trois immeubles permettra de cr\u00e9er 54 appartements au caract\u00e8re unique sur le site. Des hauteurs de plafond jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre m\u00e8tres, de grandes baies vitr\u00e9es, des surfaces en b\u00e9ton sabl\u00e9 et des finitions de haute qualit\u00e9 sont les caract\u00e9ristiques de ces appartements locatifs. Le centre des b\u00e2timents existants en forme de U est une construction d&rsquo;arcade en bois, qui d&rsquo;une part sert d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux appartements, mais d&rsquo;autre part contient \u00e9galement les balcons des appartements derri\u00e8re. Depuis les balcons, les locataires ont une vue sur la cour priv\u00e9e, qui offre divers si\u00e8ges et salons \u00e0 travers la chausation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Verdissement de la fa\u00e7ade comme autre caract\u00e9ristique <br><\/strong> Une autre caract\u00e9ristique de la transformation est le verdissement de la fa\u00e7ade, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve de la cour int\u00e9rieure sur la construction d&rsquo;arcade. Le d\u00e9veloppement est situ\u00e9 directement sur les limites de la ville de Berne et est tr\u00e8s bien accessible en bus, mais aussi en v\u00e9lo. Diverses installations sportives, \u00e9coles, magasins et zones de loisirs locales sont accessibles \u00e0 pied. <br> Dans la zone sensible au bruit de la Schwarzenburgstrasse, il y a \u00e9galement environ trois cents m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d&rsquo;espace de service.
