Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halter.ch\/de\/medien\/medienmitteilungen\/attisholz-areal-langfristiger-partner-fuer-das-generationenprojekt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halter.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Halter AG<\/a> , cette zone centrale couvre une superficie de 73 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. La superficie restante de 420 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s restera en possession de Halter. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Schlierem transformera progressivement la r\u00e9gion au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es et mettra en \u0153uvre divers projets de construction dans le processus. \u00ab Au moment o\u00f9 il sera termin\u00e9, cette partie du site offrira de l&rsquo;espace pour environ 740 appartements avec 1 250 r\u00e9sidents. Dans le m\u00eame temps, plusieurs centaines de nouveaux emplois seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s \u00bb, pr\u00e9cisent les objectifs du projet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Un accord de coop\u00e9ration entre le canton de Soleure, la commune de Riedholz et Halter AG a \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement conclu pour le projet. Celui-ci a maintenant \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendu \u00e0 la caisse de pension UBS. \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la caisse de pension UBS imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du plan d&rsquo;utilisation est un engagement fort envers la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Attisholz et donc aussi envers la r\u00e9gion de Soleure en tant que lieu de vie, de travail et de vie attrayant\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Andreas Campi, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de D\u00e9veloppements Halter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La commune et le canton se r\u00e9jouissent \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la caisse de pension UBS.
