Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/presse.homegate.ch\/de\/houserent\/mietindex-04-2022-de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> , les loyers demand\u00e9s en Suisse ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 de 0,2%. L&rsquo;indice s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 117,4 points. Les loyers demand\u00e9s ont le plus augment\u00e9 le mois dernier, \u00e0 environ 1,7%, dans le canton de Nidwald. Ils ont nettement diminu\u00e9 dans le canton de Zoug d&rsquo;environ 2%. Dans les autres cantons, les loyers demand\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement rest\u00e9s stables en avril, avec des fluctuations inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Dans les villes \u00e9tudi\u00e9es \u00e9galement, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des loyers demand\u00e9s est aussi stable qu&rsquo;au niveau cantonal. Selon l&rsquo;annonce, le plus grand changement s&rsquo;est produit \u00e0 Zurich, o\u00f9 les loyers demand\u00e9s ont augment\u00e9 de 1%. Cela poursuit une \u00e9volution des cinq derniers mois, au cours desquels les loyers demand\u00e9s ont augment\u00e9 de 4,3 %. Lugano rapporte la valeur la plus basse parmi les villes \u00e0 0,5 %. Malgr\u00e9 la baisse d&rsquo;avril, Lugano a tout de m\u00eame enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de 2,1% par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
