Selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akb.ch\/-\/news\/ausweitung-nachhaltiges-hypothekarprodukt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9 de presse<\/a> , depuis le 2 mai, elle finance non seulement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles occup\u00e9es par leur propri\u00e9taire, mais \u00e9galement tous les immeubles de placement \u00e0 r\u00e9gulation thermique ainsi que les immeubles commerciaux et commerciaux avec l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8que verte AKB certifi\u00e9e. Du point de vue de la banque cantonale, cela est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant pour les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). \u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;extension des produits aux immeubles commerciaux et commerciaux, nous proposons d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement une solution de financement durable et attrayante pour les PME\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Patrick K\u00fcng, responsable Corporate Customers &amp; Institutional Banking chez AKB.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Avec l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8que verte AKB, AKB promeut une activit\u00e9 de construction respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement et soutient ainsi la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre des b\u00e2timents, selon la banque cantonale. Avec des dur\u00e9es de deux \u00e0 dix ans, l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8que verte AKB offre un avantage de taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat significatif par rapport aux taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat standard des hypoth\u00e8ques \u00e0 taux fixe conventionnelles. AKB devrait lancer une autre obligation verte pour financer l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8que verte AKB au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Le <a href=\"http:\/\/akb.ch\/green\/gbir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport<\/a> sur l&rsquo;effet du Green Bond indique qu&rsquo;en 2020 et 2021, une r\u00e9duction d&rsquo;environ 490 tonnes de CO2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue avec l&rsquo;offre hypoth\u00e9caire durable pour les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles occup\u00e9es par leur propri\u00e9taire.
