Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/presse.homegate.ch\/de\/houserent\/mietindex-022022-de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse<\/a> , les prix des loyers ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 de 0,26 %. L&rsquo;indice est ainsi l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u00e0 117 points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Les prix des loyers ont augment\u00e9 dans presque tous les cantons et toutes les villes, surtout dans le canton des Grisons de 2,15 %. Il y a eu une baisse des loyers en janvier, qui est maintenant compens\u00e9e par la hausse de f\u00e9vrier. Outre les Grisons, Appenzell, Glaris, Schwyz et le Valais ont \u00e9galement enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de plus de 1 % en f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> A l&rsquo;exception de Berne et Saint-Gall, les loyers ont augment\u00e9 dans toutes les villes en f\u00e9vrier, avec les plus fortes hausses \u00e0 Lausanne \u00e0 1,7% et Lugano \u00e0 1,41%. Dans les cantons respectifs de Vaud et du Tessin, en revanche, les prix ont moins fortement augment\u00e9, voire baiss\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Les loyers dans le canton de Zoug ont baiss\u00e9 de 0,56%.
