Nous tablons sur une croissance \u00e9conomique de 2,5 % pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e en cours. La croissance est donc plus faible que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (4%). La Suisse est actuellement beaucoup moins touch\u00e9e par la hausse de l&rsquo;inflation que les \u00c9tats-Unis ou la zone euro. Mais le taux d&rsquo;inflation en Allemagne devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Cela reste dans la fourchette cible de la Banque nationale suisse. Une hausse du taux directeur n&rsquo;est donc pas \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir avant au moins fin 2023. Les taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des hypoth\u00e8ques SARON, qui ont remplac\u00e9 l&rsquo;ancienne hypoth\u00e8que flex rollover (Libor \u00e0 3 mois), devraient donc rester \u00e0 leurs niveaux les plus bas au cours des 12 prochains mois. En raison de la hausse de l&rsquo;inflation et du d\u00e9but d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de hausses anticip\u00e9es des taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat aux \u00c9tats-Unis, les taux hypoth\u00e9caires fixes ont consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res semaines. Contrairement aux hypoth\u00e8ques SARON, nous pr\u00e9voyons une nouvelle l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation des taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les hypoth\u00e8ques Fix de 5 \u00e0 30 points de base au cours des 12 prochains mois. Cependant, comme auparavant, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e de hauts et de bas.
