Orascom Development Holding ( Orascom DH<\/a> ) annonce<\/a> un changement de direction. Samih Sawiris quittera son poste de pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration lors de la prochaine assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle au printemps 2022 apr\u00e8s plus de 30 ans. L'investisseur \u00e9gyptien ne se repr\u00e9sente pas.<\/p>\n

Son fils Naguib proposera Samih Sawiris comme pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration. Il est membre du Conseil d'administration depuis 2016 et son Vice-Pr\u00e9sident depuis 2020. Dans le cadre du plan de succession envisag\u00e9, Naguib Samih Sawiris deviendra le nouvel actionnaire majoritaire d'Orascom DH. Samih Sawiris transf\u00e9rera le contr\u00f4le \u00e0 son fils pour cela.<\/p>\n

Samih Sawiris souhaite rester \u00e0 la disposition de la holding en tant que consultant. Il reste \u00e9galement Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d'administration d' Andermatt Swiss Alps AG<\/a> . Orascom DH d\u00e9tient une participation de 49 pour cent dans Andermatt Swiss Alps AG. La majorit\u00e9 est et reste la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e de Samih Sawiris.<\/p>\n

Au total, le portefeuille Orascom DH comprend des destinations dans sept pays. Outre la Suisse, il s'agit notamment de l'\u00c9gypte, des \u00c9mirats arabes unis, d'Oman, du Maroc, du Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro et de la Grande-Bretagne.
