Le b\u00e2timent de cinq \u00e9tages a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour la derni\u00e8re fois par des artistes de la Lemon Association. Mobimo a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de convertir et de construire un nouvel immeuble \u00e0 Im Tiergarten 7 \u00e0 Zurich-Friesenberg : \u00ab Nous poss\u00e9dons d\u00e9j\u00e0 un immeuble commercial avec le b\u00e2timent voisin \u00bb, explique Daniel Garcia, le chef de projet en charge chez Mobimo. De plus, il existe une forte demande d&rsquo;appartements dans la ville de Zurich. \u00ab La reconversion \u00e9tait donc \u00e9vidente, explique Garcia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 59 appartements locatifs dans le segment des prix moyens y seront construits d&rsquo;ici 2022. Le contrat d&rsquo;architecture est all\u00e9 \u00e0 Theo Hotz Partner Architects : \u00ab Avec ce bureau d&rsquo;architecture, nous avons trouv\u00e9 un partenaire qui int\u00e8gre de mani\u00e8re optimale la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;environnement et ne la fait pas ressembler \u00e0 un corps \u00e9tranger. Les appartements de 1,5 \u00e0 4,5 pi\u00e8ces sont destin\u00e9s aux c\u00e9libataires, aux familles et aux seniors. Le concept \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pr\u00e9voit la production de chaleur centrale au moyen d&rsquo;une pompe \u00e0 chaleur et l&rsquo;utilisation de la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle du r\u00e9seau de refroidissement du centre de donn\u00e9es du b\u00e2timent voisin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Mobimo a mandat\u00e9 W. Schmid AG en tant qu&rsquo;entrepreneur total pour le nouveau b\u00e2timent. Le propri\u00e9taire d\u00e9pense environ 49 millions de francs pour le nouveau projet.
