Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;AKB a eu l&rsquo;effet des offres de financement vert sur la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et les \u00e9missions de CO2 des b\u00e2timents examin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akb.ch\/documents\/30573\/33099\/akb-green-bond-impact-reporting-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport d&rsquo;impact du<\/a> Centre d&rsquo;information et de formation pour l&rsquo;immobilier AG (IAZI), selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akb.ch\/-\/news\/die-akb-green-hypothek-zeigt-wirkung\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le communiqu\u00e9 de presse de l&rsquo;AKB,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iazicifi.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les \u00e9conomies annuelles totales d&rsquo;<\/a> \u00e9missions de CO2 sont d&rsquo;environ 232 tonnes. Selon le rapport de test de l&rsquo;IAZI, le calcul est bas\u00e9 sur une liste de 93 logements qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9s avec l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;AKB Green Mortgage au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e sous revue ou octroy\u00e9s sous forme de pr\u00eats affect\u00e9s \u00e0 des mesures de r\u00e9novation durable. Le rapport IAZI a \u00e9t\u00e9 audit\u00e9 par les auditeurs d&rsquo;EY.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Les 232 tonnes d&rsquo;\u00e9conomies de CO2 dans les projections du rapport d&rsquo;essai IAZI correspondent aux \u00e9missions annuelles d&rsquo;environ 190 voitures neuves disponibles dans le commerce, selon le rapport. Ou ils correspondent \u00e0 la consommation annuelle moyenne de 16 personnes en Suisse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> La promotion d&rsquo;une construction respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement conduit \u00e0 des r\u00e9ductions d&rsquo;\u00e9missions dans les b\u00e2timents, est indiqu\u00e9 dans la communication de l&rsquo;AKB. Avec l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8que verte, AKB offre aux propri\u00e9taires soucieux de l&rsquo;environnement la possibilit\u00e9 de construire ou de r\u00e9nover leur propre maison selon des crit\u00e8res respectueux du climat.
