Le projet \u00abQuartet\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et planifi\u00e9 avec la m\u00e9thode BIM, et arbore le label Minergie. Il porte sur la r\u00e9novation d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent et la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un ensemble de onze nouvelles constructions interconnect\u00e9es qui accueilleront des bureaux ainsi que des activit\u00e9s industrielles, artisanales et commerciales. Font \u00e9galement partie du projet un h\u00f4tel de 114 chambres et une haute \u00e9cole d&rsquo;art et de design (HEAD). Les premiers b\u00e2timents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s par HRS au ma\u00eetre d&rsquo;ouvrage au printemps 2018.
