Le propri\u00e9taire foncier Viktor Jans &#8211; propri\u00e9taire du Gasthaus zur Linde &#8211; a confi\u00e9 aux architectes M\u00e4chler und T\u00f6ngi de Rotkreuz le d\u00e9veloppement \u00ab\u00a0Lindenpark\u00a0\u00bb. Depuis 2020, cinq b\u00e2timents y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9s, dispos\u00e9s en forme ovale. Un espace vert est pr\u00e9vu au milieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Le plus haut b\u00e2timent de sept \u00e9tages et le plus grand de 757 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s est situ\u00e9 au sud de la parcelle de la Bahnhofstrasse. 26 appartements sont en cours de construction ici. Les b\u00e2timents sont r\u00e9duits dans toutes les dimensions vers le nord. Les maisons 2 et 3 ont encore cinq \u00e9tages et les maisons 4 et 5 ont quatre \u00e9tages. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une r\u00e9action consciente \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement environnant. Les hauteurs d\u00e9cal\u00e9es signifient que les b\u00e2timents s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent de mani\u00e8re optimale dans l&rsquo;image existante, et en m\u00eame temps la tradition des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle le long de la Bahnhofstrasse est reprise. Les fa\u00e7ades sont pli\u00e9es plusieurs fois pour que les nouveaux b\u00e2timents apparaissent plus doux et moins anguleux. De plus, l&rsquo;ensemble du d\u00e9veloppement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un mouvement dynamique vers le bord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La plupart des petits appartements sont pr\u00e9vus. Certains appartements plus grands sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un nouvel espace de vie pour les familles. Les appartements mansard\u00e9s sont situ\u00e9s dans la zone sud du b\u00e2timent. De cette mani\u00e8re, ils soutiennent le mouvement en pente des b\u00e2timents vers le nord. Le projet comprend 148 places de stationnement. Une cour verdoyante avec un espace de jeux et de d\u00e9tente et une aire ouverte avec un jardin-restaurant au sud sont pr\u00e9vues au centre du d\u00e9veloppement. Les syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques sur les toits garantissent une alimentation \u00e9lectrique respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement. Les fa\u00e7ades sont uniform\u00e9ment mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es avec une fa\u00e7ade en pierre coll\u00e9e avec un aspect clinker. De cette mani\u00e8re, ils s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent harmonieusement avec le d\u00e9veloppement \u00abDreiklang\u00bb du c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La grange existante, qui est situ\u00e9e dans la zone sud-est du \u00ab\u00a0Lindenpark\u00a0\u00bb, est en cours de conversion en un espace culturel multifonctionnel avec un restaurant. D&rsquo;autres utilisations publiques sont pr\u00e9vues au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e dans la zone faisant face \u00e0 la Bahnhofstrasse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large
