{"id":151202,"date":"2026-02-24T11:34:08","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T10:34:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.immo-invest.ch\/tandem-module-verschieben-solargrenzen\/"},"modified":"2026-03-12T08:34:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T07:34:22","slug":"tandem-module-verschieben-solargrenzen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.immo-invest.ch\/fr\/tandem-module-verschieben-solargrenzen\/","title":{"rendered":"Les modules tandem repoussent les limites solaires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les modules en silicium &eacute;tablis sur le march&eacute; atteignent aujourd&rsquo;hui un rendement d&rsquo;environ 20 &agrave; 24% et sont donc d&eacute;j&agrave; proches de la limite sp&eacute;cifique au mat&eacute;riau de 29,4%. Cette limite est une cons&eacute;quence de la limite dite de Shockley-Queisser, qui d&eacute;crit un rendement maximal de 33,2% dans des conditions id&eacute;ales pour les cellules solaires avec une seule couche de semi-conducteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La raison en est la bande interdite du mat&eacute;riau : elle d&eacute;termine quelles longueurs d&rsquo;onde de la lumi&egrave;re peuvent &ecirc;tre converties en &eacute;lectricit&eacute;. Si la bande interdite est trop grande, les photons de grande longueur d&rsquo;onde sont perdus ; si elle est trop petite, une partie de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie s&rsquo;&eacute;vapore sous forme de chaleur. Le silicium ne correspond pas exactement &agrave; cet optimum th&eacute;orique, c&rsquo;est pourquoi la technologie classique du silicium ne permet que des am&eacute;liorations limit&eacute;es de l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Principe du tandem<br><\/strong>Au lieu d&rsquo;une seule couche semi-conductrice, on combine plusieurs couches avec des bandes interdites diff&eacute;rentes. Chacune de ces couches utilise une partie diff&eacute;rente du spectre solaire, des ondes courtes aux ondes longues. Il est ainsi possible de convertir en &eacute;lectricit&eacute; une quantit&eacute; nettement plus importante de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie rayonn&eacute;e, la limite classique d&rsquo;une seule couche &eacute;tant de fait d&eacute;pass&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En th&eacute;orie, les cellules tandem permettent d&rsquo;atteindre des rendements de plus de 60%, selon la combinaison de mat&eacute;riaux et la structure. Le d&eacute;fi technique ne r&eacute;side pas seulement dans le choix des mat&eacute;riaux, mais aussi dans le fait de les transformer en un module stable qui fonctionne de mani&egrave;re fiable dans des conditions r&eacute;elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet &laquo;&nbsp;Vorfahrt&nbsp;&raquo; a donn&eacute; naissance &agrave; un module tandem qui, selon les indications du Fraunhofer ISE, atteint un rendement de 34,2%, actuellement le module solaire le plus efficace au monde. Il est bas&eacute; sur une structure semi-conductrice III-V &agrave; triple empilement sur un support en germanium, une architecture initialement d&eacute;velopp&eacute;e pour les cellules solaires spatiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le partenaire du projet, Azur Space, a adapt&eacute; ses cellules spatiales au spectre solaire terrestre et les a mises &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle pour la fabrication des modules. L&rsquo;entreprise Temicon a apport&eacute; une nanostructure &agrave; la surface du verre qui minimise les pertes de r&eacute;flexion et permet ainsi d&rsquo;obtenir un pourcentage d&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; suppl&eacute;mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le deuxi&egrave;me module record est issu du projet &laquo;&nbsp;Mod30plus&nbsp;&raquo;. Les chercheurs y combinent un semi-conducteur III-V avec du silicium, moins cher, au lieu du germanium, et atteignent ainsi un rendement de module de 31,3%. La base est constitu&eacute;e par des cellules tandem III-V\/silicium avec un rendement de cellule de 36,1%, qui ont &eacute;t&eacute; fabriqu&eacute;es et interconnect&eacute;es pour la premi&egrave;re fois en petite s&eacute;rie &agrave; l&rsquo;institut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technologie III-V\/silicium quitte le statut de simple laboratoire et se dirige vers des processus industriels &eacute;volutifs. Les deux modules d&eacute;passent clairement la limite physique des modules classiques en silicium, qui est de 29,4%. Une valeur qui a longtemps &eacute;t&eacute; consid&eacute;r&eacute;e comme difficilement atteignable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Valeurs des modules pour la pratique<br><\/strong>En photovolta&iuml;que, on distingue les cellules et les modules. Les cellules sont mesur&eacute;es dans des conditions de laboratoire id&eacute;alis&eacute;es, les modules sont compos&eacute;s de nombreuses cellules interconnect&eacute;es, int&eacute;gr&eacute;es dans du verre et un cadre. Les surfaces inactives, les pistes conductrices et les r&eacute;flexions provoquent alors des pertes in&eacute;vitables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cons&eacute;quent, les rendements des modules sont toujours inf&eacute;rieurs aux rendements des cellules, m&ecirc;me dans le cas de la technique record de Fribourg. Pour les applications r&eacute;elles, les valeurs des modules sont donc d&eacute;cisives, car sur les toits, les fa&ccedil;ades ou les v&eacute;hicules, on installe toujours des modules, jamais des cellules individuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quand chaque centim&egrave;tre carr&eacute; compte<br><\/strong>Les modules haute <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Performance&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Wertentwicklung eines Portfolios&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">performance<\/span> deviennent passionnants l&agrave; o&ugrave; la surface est rare et ch&egrave;re. Par exemple dans le photovolta&iuml;que int&eacute;gr&eacute; au b&acirc;timent, o&ugrave; les modules servent d&rsquo;&eacute;l&eacute;ments de fa&ccedil;ade ou de toit, ou sur les v&eacute;hicules. Parmi les partenaires du projet, on trouve notamment Audi, ce qui souligne le potentiel pour les applications automobiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Efficacit&eacute; pour le march&eacute; de masse<br><\/strong>Parall&egrave;lement, le Fraunhofer ISE poursuit une autre route en tandem. Il s&rsquo;agit de modules en silicium p&eacute;rovskite, d&eacute;velopp&eacute;s entre autres en collaboration avec Oxford PV. Un module plein format d&rsquo;une surface de 1,68 m&sup2; atteint d&eacute;j&agrave; 25% d&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; et a &eacute;t&eacute; produit sur des lignes de fabrication qui conviennent &eacute;galement &agrave; la production de masse. Cette technologie vise moins des records absolus qu&rsquo;une large p&eacute;n&eacute;tration du march&eacute; avec des mat&eacute;riaux relativement bon march&eacute; et devrait, &agrave; terme, convenir aux toitures standard.
