Du 10 au 21 novembre, environ 100 millions de francs suisses doivent &ecirc;tre lev&eacute;s, informe la direction du fonds, qui appartient &agrave; la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zurich.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zurich Compagnie d&rsquo;Assurances SA,<\/a> dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zurichinvest.ch\/de\/news-und-publikationen\/wissen\/zifids\/kapitalerhoehung-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute;<\/a>. Elle veut utiliser les fonds pour financer des projets de construction en cours et pour des acquisitions s&eacute;lectives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Les d&eacute;tenteurs de parts ont le droit d&rsquo;acqu&eacute;rir une nouvelle part pour chaque dizaine de parts existantes. Il est pr&eacute;vu d&rsquo;&eacute;mettre un maximum de 960 411 nouvelles parts au prix d&rsquo;&eacute;mission de 112,16 francs. La lib&eacute;ration des nouvelles parts est pr&eacute;vue pour le 28 novembre 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Le fonds ZIF Immobilien Direkt Schweiz comprend actuellement 60 immeubles d&rsquo;une valeur de march&eacute; totale de 1,5 milliard de francs. Les immeubles d&rsquo;habitation, principalement dans les r&eacute;gions de Zurich et du lac L&eacute;man, repr&eacute;sentent une part de 86%.
