Selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/irpages2.eqs.com\/websites\/swisslifeassetmanagementag\/German\/1900\/news-detail.html?newsID=2804745&#038;iframe=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9<\/a> du gestionnaire de fortune du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swisslife.com\/de\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">groupe Swiss Life<\/a>, cette augmentation de capital, la plus importante jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un fonds immobilier suisse cot\u00e9 en Bourse, a permis de collecter environ 610 millions de francs. Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Swiss Properties atteint ainsi une capitalisation boursi\u00e8re d&rsquo;environ 2,5 milliards de francs et rejoint le groupe des cinq plus grands fonds immobiliers suisses cot\u00e9s en Bourse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Swiss Life Asset Managers entend utiliser les nouveaux fonds d&rsquo;une part pour l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;un portefeuille immobilier d&rsquo;une valeur d&rsquo;environ 700 millions de francs. Une autre partie des fonds doit \u00eatre investie dans la r\u00e9novation et la densification d&rsquo;immeubles d&rsquo;habitation existants.
