Une approche prometteuse pour &eacute;conomiser ces ressources est le passage de la basse tension &agrave; la moyenne tension dans la production d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie renouvelable. L&rsquo;Institut Fraunhofer pour les syst&egrave;mes &eacute;nerg&eacute;tiques solaires (ISE) identifie un &eacute;norme potentiel d&rsquo;&eacute;conomies gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des tensions de syst&egrave;me plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es, en particulier pour les grandes centrales photovolta&iuml;ques, et pr&eacute;voit de lancer les premiers projets pilotes ainsi qu&rsquo;une large commercialisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avantages de tensions de syst&egrave;me plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es<br><\/strong>Une augmentation de la tension de syst&egrave;me de 800 VAC &agrave; 1.500 VAC entra&icirc;ne une r&eacute;duction de la section des c&acirc;bles d&rsquo;environ 75 pour cent. Cela facilite la pose et le raccordement, ce qui r&eacute;duit les co&ucirc;ts d&rsquo;installation. Andreas Hensel, chef de groupe &laquo;&nbsp;Electronique haute <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Performance&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Wertentwicklung eines Portfolios&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">performance<\/span> et ing&eacute;nierie des syst&egrave;mes&nbsp;&raquo; &agrave; l&rsquo;Institut Fraunhofer ISE, souligne les &eacute;conomies possibles : &laquo;&nbsp;Apr&egrave;s la baisse de 90 pour cent des co&ucirc;ts des modules photovolta&iuml;ques depuis 2010, l&rsquo;installation et les composants d&rsquo;&eacute;quilibre du syst&egrave;me offrent d&eacute;sormais les plus grands leviers d&rsquo;&eacute;conomie&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, le passage &agrave; la moyenne tension permet d&rsquo;augmenter la puissance des sous-syst&egrave;mes. Avec une tension de 1.500 V, il est d&eacute;j&agrave; possible d&rsquo;obtenir 10 &agrave; 12 MVA dans un transformateur au lieu des 3 &agrave; 5 MVA habituels aujourd&rsquo;hui. Cela r&eacute;duit le nombre de transformateurs et de postes &eacute;lectriques n&eacute;cessaires, ce qui diminue encore les co&ucirc;ts de construction et d&rsquo;installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avanc&eacute;es technologiques et premiers succ&egrave;s<br><\/strong>Les progr&egrave;s dans le domaine de la moyenne tension ont &eacute;t&eacute; rendus possibles par le d&eacute;veloppement de composants en carbure de silicium &agrave; haute barri&egrave;re et &agrave; haute vitesse de commutation. Les composants SiC jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 3,3 kV sont d&eacute;sormais pr&ecirc;ts &agrave; &ecirc;tre commercialis&eacute;s. Dans le cadre du projet &laquo;&nbsp;MS-LeiKra&nbsp;&raquo;, le Fraunhofer ISE a d&eacute;velopp&eacute; et mis en service avec succ&egrave;s en 2023 le premier onduleur &agrave; cha&icirc;ne MS-PV au monde. L&rsquo;onduleur atteint une tension de sortie de 1 500 VAC pour une puissance de 250 kVA. &laquo;&nbsp;Sur le plan technologique, les jalons sont pos&eacute;s et il s&rsquo;agit maintenant de savoir qui seront les premiers acteurs de ce march&eacute; prometteur&nbsp;&raquo;, explique Christian Sch&ouml;ner, chef de projet &laquo;&nbsp;Moyenne tension&nbsp;&raquo; au Fraunhofer ISE. Une premi&egrave;re installation photovolta&iuml;que pilote bas&eacute;e sur cet onduleur est d&eacute;j&agrave; en cours de planification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coop&eacute;ration pour une perc&eacute;e<br><\/strong>En avril, un consortium europ&eacute;en a &eacute;t&eacute; form&eacute;, r&eacute;unissant des repr&eacute;sentants de tous les m&eacute;tiers impliqu&eacute;s dans une centrale photovolta&iuml;que &agrave; grande &eacute;chelle. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;&eacute;tudier et de surmonter ensemble les conditions technologiques et normatives n&eacute;cessaires au passage &agrave; la moyenne tension. &laquo;&nbsp;En tant que consortium puissant, nous pouvons aborder ensemble les obstacles existants et obtenir une optimisation pour la centrale compl&egrave;te&nbsp;&raquo;, explique Christian Sch&ouml;ner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Perspectives d&rsquo;avenir et domaines d&rsquo;application<br><\/strong>Les centrales photovolta&iuml;ques &agrave; grande &eacute;chelle ne sont qu&rsquo;un d&eacute;but. La technologie de la moyenne tension offre &eacute;galement un potentiel pour les infrastructures de charge, les r&eacute;seaux industriels, les pompes &agrave; chaleur &agrave; grande &eacute;chelle, le stockage sur batterie, les &eacute;lectrolyseurs et les &eacute;oliennes. Des tensions de syst&egrave;me plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es permettent non seulement de r&eacute;aliser d&rsquo;importantes &eacute;conomies de mat&eacute;riaux, de co&ucirc;ts et de surface, mais aussi de nouvelles architectures de syst&egrave;mes de centrales &eacute;lectriques hybrides r&eacute;g&eacute;n&eacute;ratives.
