According to the Rapperswil-Jona-based developer of construction software, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wienholding.tv\/Unternehmen\/WIP\/50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wiener Infrastruktur Projekt GmbH<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wse.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wiener Standort Entwicklung GmbH<\/a> have used the app for two residential construction projects and the construction of a social centre. The reason for this is increasing cost pressure and the high demand for living space.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Several German cities also want to use the app to save resources, time and money in urban development. According to the press release, Essen and Darmstadt are among the users. Essen is using it for the construction of a new comprehensive school, while in Darmstadt the app is being used for several projects, including the construction of the North Fire Station.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The digital tool represents a solution in view of rising costs and the growing demand for living space, according to the press release. With smino, cities and municipalities can &#8220;successfully meet the challenges of modern urban development&#8221; and thus also make a sustainable contribution to the well-being of their residents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">According to the company, the smino app connects developers, authorities, planners and contractors to form an efficient unit. Thanks to its central availability, workflows can be optimised and projects can be realised in a time and cost-efficient manner.
