The Zurich start-up Properti<\/a> has raised more than CHF 6 million in fresh capital in a second round of seed financing. In this way, the start-up wants to further automate and expand the processes on its brokerage<\/a> platform for handling real estate transactions. In addition, three new experts will strengthen the Board of Directors of the PropTech company.<\/p>\n

Lead investor Serpentine Ventures<\/a> led the round of financing. Other investors include the growth capitalist Sparrow Ventures<\/a> , the entrepreneur Ertan Wittwer and other private investors.
