At the end of 2021, Cargo sous terrain AG ( CST<\/a> ) received the go-ahead from Parliament for plans to move part of Switzerland's freight transport underground. The next step is to prepare the approval procedures in the cantons along the first section of the tunnel. Structure planning procedures are scheduled for the end of this year in the cantons of Aargau, Solothurn and Zurich.<\/p>\n
